Welcome to Logitude: the first true online freight forwarding solution developed specifically for the cloud. Logitude is a full lifecycle solution with a rich feature-set specifically designed for freight forwarders. It’s more than just a software service, Logitude is your complete working environment combining all the data and tools you need for a successful business. Logitude is an integrated solution for all transportation modes. The default view is all shipments operational open but you can choose other views modify each view to better fit your needs or create your own view.
The multi-session environment enables you to work simultaneously on more than one task, for example: check the export shipment list, create an invoice, build a quote, and check customer activity – all at the same time. The quick display was designed for fast and easy access to crucial data and functions like sending emails. Printing and updating a shipment status with the full details option zoom in and move between different data screens. Start with the overview screen that summarizes the most important details, followed by specific data screens. The partner screen is where you enter shipper, consignee, and any other partner involved in a shipment. In the routing screen, you can not only set the port of origin and destination, but you can also set pickup and delivery or pre-carriage and on-carriage movements – here you can easily manage complicated multimodal shipments or make notes for follow-up.
From the packages screen, you can access shipment details including inside packages of containers. Logitude also automatically calculate volumetric and chargeable weights. From the screen in a master, add or remove shipments from a consolidation. With Logitude you can send predefined emails, plus notices and updates your customers, pick up notes to your delivery agents a quote request your partners, and more! Editing and printing documents is quick and simple. You can also create invoices, handle collections, enter costs, and vendor invoices or check customer balance and profit-and-loss.
