Credit Limit Management – For Agents Receivable

Protect Your Cash Flow

With Logitude’s new Agent credit limits, you can manage agent credit just like client credit, giving you greater control and preventing potential financial loss. This means:

• Reduced Risk of Non-payment or Delayed Payments: By setting credit limits, Logitude automatically alerts your team or blocks service for specific shipments when limits are reached.
• Improved Cash Flow: Proactive management of agent credit ensures timely payments and prevents disruptions to your financial planning.
• Seamless Operations: Your operational team can continue managing shipments and Masters as usual, while the system handles the complexities of credit monitoring.

• New UX Improvements
  • Views for Expanded Entities: Our redesigned views now include new entities, such as Tariff and Maintenance Tables Such as Locations and Partners, which make them easier to use, more adaptable, with additional features.
  • Views Multi-level Sorting: The new views now provide multi-level sorting of displayed data, giving you more control over data organization and presentation.
• Better Visibility for Shipment Statuses: To provide a clearer view of shipment statuses in reports and views, we’ve improved the display names. You can now easily identify whether a shipment has departed or arrived at any transshipment point across all reports and views.

Quotations Improvements

Streamlined Quoting

Customize your templates by adding your branding and controlling the data you share with customers.

• Well-Grouped Charges: Organize charges into correct groups, such as Freight, Origin, or Destination. Any charges without a predefined group will automatically appear in the Additional Charges section to ensure an organized view.
• Manage Quotations Across Branches: Once your quotation with all styles is completed in one branch, you can transfer it to all your other branches using the Quotation module’s new Export/Import feature. This update keeps your quotation consistent between branches.
• Quotes Automation: We integrated the Opportunity entity into quote automation, allowing using opportunity data to trigger activities like sending emails or updating quote fields.

Freight Cost Tariff – When the Owner is Your Agent

Define freight Cost tariffs per agent, this update allows you to set the prices offered by your agents for various carriers. The price check allows you to compare options across agents and carriers, and the option you choose will update the vendor and the carrier in the quote, so you can print and verify the payables vs. the cost in a later phase.

Digital Transformation

Your Advanced Visibility Channel

• Brand Your Digital Portal: Personalize your digital portal’s appearance by adjusting images, backgrounds, and colors to reflect your brand. You can control and manage all branding elements to provide a customized experience for your customers.
• Online Link for Invoices: Customers will no longer need to constantly request invoices and documents. Invoices can now be shared via email links, granting direct access through the digital portal. These links can also be integrated into BI Excel reports, providing customers with convenient access to their invoices alongside report data. This feature will be available one week after release.

US ACAS Security Data Submission

Logitude Supports New Security Requirements

On September 26, 2024, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) implemented new Air Cargo Advance Screening (ACAS) requirements for all shipments heading to the USA. This updated Enhanced ACAS Security Filing (ACAS SF) demands additional data to identify all parties involved in the supply chain before loading cargo onto airplanes heading to the U.S. To assist businesses in meeting these U.S. Transportation Security Administration (TSA) regulations, Logitude provides a method for electronically transmitting the required information to airlines through FWB/FHL messages. Effortless Security

The updated two-factor authentication (2FA) mode offers flexibility by allowing verification codes to be sent via WhatsApp or SMS, with options to prioritize WhatsApp or let users switch methods through the “Get a Code in a Different Way” link.

Operational Accounting

Organizing Your Accounting Data

Logitude Operational Accounting offers an exceptional solution tailored for freight forwarders to streamline and optimize your accounting processes.

• Bank Fees in A/R Payment: To support the full transaction, we’ve added “Bank Fees” and “Bank Fees Currency” to the AR Payment, to ensure an accurate recording of all expenses associated with the payments, and collect bank fees for transactions. These fields are also included in the A/R Payment Interface.
• Improved Exchange Rate Flexibility for AR/AP Invoices: AR/AP invoices now support managing exchange rates based on the operational or invoice date, with manual adjustments through the ‘Value date’ field. This provides greater flexibility for international transactions.
• Invoices Currencies and Rates in Payments Interfaces: You can now include currencies and exchange rates for all invoices in the AR/AP Payment in Logitude’s Generic Interface, ensuring accurate information about the currencies involved.

Seamless Integration

• Custom Fields in Odoo Integration: We expanded the Odoo integration! Alongside standard invoice fields, you can map data from Logitude directly to Odoo’s custom fields in A/R invoices. Dashboards – Logitude Native

Real-Time Insights to Boost Efficiency

With our latest update to the Dashboard, we’ve introduced new features that enhance flexibility and provide deeper insights. Here’s what’s new:

• Show/Hide Cancelled Data: A new option in the dashboard widget filters lets you manage the visibility of cancelled data for each widget.
• Group By Hours: We’ve expanded the grouping capabilities for dashboard widgets that support the “Group By” option. When using date fields, you can now group data by hours, enabling more granular analysis and insights.

Shipment Module in French

We are pleased to announce that the Shipment Module in Logitude is now available in French, allowing French-speaking users to manage and navigate their shipments more easily and efficiently. This feature will be available two weeks after release.

Logitude Libraries: Updates

• Newly Added Automations Templates: New automation templates are available in the general library. You can add these templates to your tenant and customize them as needed:
  • Reminder to “Bill To” for unpaid invoices past the due date.
  • Notifications regarding unreturned containers.

  • Shipments Exceptions Report: Provides a detailed report of all shipments that have exceptions, and this report shows the data of the branch that you have or even across all branches.
  • Loss Report: When shipment expenses exceed income, resulting in a loss, this new report helps you track and manage those losses to address the underlying issues.
