Enhanced Features

Views

Save Default Filters Values

We’ve enhanced filtering in views to make everyday work faster and more personalized.

Users can now save their preferred filter selections, including both the operator and value, as their default settings. These defaults are stored per user and automatically applied each time they return to the screen, reducing the need to repeatedly configure the same filters.

Saved defaults are user-specific and are not carried over when duplicating or copying a query, ensuring each user maintains their own personalized setup.

Docs In: Document Multi-Upload & Preview Settings

Uploading documents is now faster and more intuitive. Users can upload multiple documents in a single action, either by selecting multiple files using Browse (CTRL + select) or by dragging and dropping files directly into the Upload screen or Grid.

The redesigned upload popup provides a clearer, more visual experience, including document thumbnails, individual progress indicators, and improved visibility of document types, making it easier to track uploads and verify that the correct documents are being added.

Activity Logs – Quotes Fields Changes

Every change, every click, is fully traceable

Field Changes are now available on Quotes. Track every update in one place, see what changed, who made it, and exactly when it happened. The history view captures both previous and updated values, alongside a complete audit trail for every critical data change. Activity Logs help your team troubleshoot faster, stay compliant, and maintain full visibility across operations.

Quotes Improvements

• Quote Number Adjustment on Transport Mode Change: Updating a transport mode now automatically updates the quote number to reflect your configured counter settings.
• Quote Salesman for Agent Customers: When creating a quote for an Agent customer, the Salesman field is now automatically populated using the sales representative assigned to that agent’s profile.
• Manage Full Pickup and Delivery Addresses: You can now enter complete pickup and delivery addresses at the initial stages of quote creation, without needing to assign a partner first. To activate this feature, please contact us at support@logitudeworld.com.
• Quote Internal Notes: The Quotes module now includes dedicated internal notes, mirroring the functionality available in the Shipment module. These work alongside the existing “notes to be printed” field, allowing you to clearly separate private internal comments from notes visible to your customers.
• Internal Quotes: You can now create quotes specifically for internal use. This is ideal for scenarios where a customer has already agreed to the price and wants to proceed with a shipment immediately, bypassing the need for a formal quote. By using the “Quote Purpose” definition, you can choose whether to keep the quote private or share it with the customer. To activate this feature, please contact us at support@logitudeworld.com.

• Newly Added Airlines: New airlines can now be added to the general library via: Maintenance>Airlines>Add the new available airlines. And now you can register for e-AWB with these airlines:

The guide also includes task customization, custom task types, and user access/security settings to improve operational visibility and collaboration.
