Recognizing that volume applies to stackable goods while floor space determines capacity for non-stackable freight, packages can now be calculated by LDM (Loading Meter) in LTL Quotes and Shipments; enabling more accurate pricing. LDM values are also available for printing on the Arrival Notice, Manifest, Invoice documents, and the quote template.

Advanced Views Filtering
Custom Views offer enhanced filtering options for greater flexibility when managing your data. If you want to define personalized Views for your team for a specific flow, you can use the new features in the “New View” creation (you can also update already created views).
Configurable Default Tab per View (Enterprise Plan Only)
A new functionality was added in the Create/Edit of customised Views. Enterprise customers can now configure a view to automatically open a specific tab when selecting a record. For example, a Shipment view can be set to open directly on the Receivable tab instead of the default screen. This reduces navigation steps and improves efficiency when reviewing related information.
Enhanced Multi-Keyword Search Across All Card Records
Card records can now be searched using up to three keywords simultaneously, including Customer, Shipper, Consignee, and other partner types. For example, searching “GlobalTrans Hamburg DE” will quickly find the customer GlobalTrans Logistics in Hamburg, Germany, this will work seamlessly in multiple fields such as Name, City, Country, VAT Number, Accounting Cards, ICAO, or Contact details. This enhancement speeds up searches, improves data accessibility, and helps teams manage operations more efficiently.
Increased Precision and Control for Automated Document Processing.
The Document AI engine has been upgraded to more accurately match incoming vendor invoices to their corresponding existing shipments.

Clearer Tracking of Shipment Life Cycles.
Shipment Audit now provides more granular tracking of child entity changes, with richer audit log entries for Payables, Receivables, Packages, and Documents. For example, the system captures specific actions such as “Arrival Notice document was printed” giving users a complete, transparent history of all shipment-related modifications and activities.
Improves Efficiency and Data Consistency
You can now perform bulk updates on selected fields across multiple Shipments/Quotes simultaneously. This enhancement applies advanced multi-update logic to the Shipment/Quote entity, allowing you to modify predefined fields for several records in a single action, including: Update Handler, Move Between Departments, Replace Salesman, Operation Closure, and more. By eliminating individual record editing, this significantly reduces manual work while improving efficiency and data consistency across your quoting and shipments processes.
The Container Tracking module now automates Ocean tracing tasks without any manual intervention, with users only stepping in when exceptions arise.
Container statuses are now automatically updated using AIS (Automatic Identification System) data when carrier updates are unavailable (per carrier definition). By leveraging real-time vessel signals, Logitude ensures up-to-date milestones and continuous visibility until official carrier information is received.
Additionally, a new carrier has been connected to the tracking module: SMLU – Seaboard Marine.
As part of our ongoing efforts to improve Logitude, we’ve enhanced the performance of Master Shipments. Changes are now saved significantly faster. This optimization reduces wait times during data entry, making your workflow more efficient and responsive when managing complex shipments.
You can now manage users who are not allowed to log in, while still being able to create or update their records and assign them as user types — such as salesmen — without granting login access. This keeps your employees’ access unchanged by specifying who is licensed and who is not.

AR Invoices now indicate when an invoice has been emailed to a customer, making it easy to track which invoices have been delivered.
A new report now provides full visibility into your contacts, displaying each contact alongside their associated company and assigned group (role). This update gives you a clearer overview of your business relationships.
