(New) Online Ocean Carrier Rates for FCL – CargoFive Integration

CargoFive is a digital platform that simplifies access to freight rates by connecting freight forwarders with multiple carriers in real-time. Through our integration with CargoFive, users of Logitude’s freight management software can now view FCL (Full Container Load) spot rates, general rates, and contracted prices from various carriers—all in one unified screen within Logitude. This streamlined visibility allows users to easily compare pricing options, generate accurate quotations quickly, and efficiently manage expected payables for shipments, eliminating the need to manually search through individual carrier websites.

Bill-To Support in AP – Account Payables Invoices and Payments

Working with various Vendors having the same Billing partner, Logitude supports managing Bill-To details for Vendors: In the Vendors card, at the AP Invoice and AP Payment levels, allowing one payment for multiple invoices from different vendors that share the same Bill-To party. All related reports and integrations — Odoo and QuickBooks — have been updated to handle and transmit this information consistently. The interfaces have also been enhanced to transmit both the Vendor (with Bill-To details) and the Operational Vendor (with the actual vendor details).

CRM for Agents

The new CRM for Agents module allows you to manage agents as customers across all CRM entities. You can add and track potential agents from the outset, organizing related opportunities and activities before they become active. Once an agent starts working with you, simply activate them to begin managing and creating shipments. You can also view the dates of their first and most recent shipments, making it easy to monitor agent activity and identify who remains active.

Accurate and Effortless Freight Shipping

• Upload Packages to Shipments: You can now upload packages and containers to any shipment directly from an Excel file—saving time and reducing manual entry. This feature supports all shipment types, including air, LCL, LTL, FCL, and FTL.
• Move Shipper Seal number to Houses in Groupage: To save time and ensure consistency, the shipper seal number entered at the master container level in a groupage shipment now automatically applies to all house packages. This eliminates the need to enter the seal number multiple times when grouping packages into containers.

Dashboards – Logitude Native

• Monitor Dashboard Usage: You can now easily track your dashboard usage while creating or editing dashboards. Your dashboard capacity now grows with your team, more users, more dashboards!
• New Fields Are Now Available for your Analytics on both Shipment and Container Datasets.
• Enhanced Table Widgets: New date formatting control in table widgets lets you choose to display either the date only or both date and time—giving you more flexibility in how your data is presented.
• Improved Drill-Down Experience: The drill-down list now automatically adjusts column widths and reduces row height based on the data type, allowing you to view more columns and rows at once with less scrolling.
• Improved Dashboard List
  • The dashboard list now includes columns showing which roles, custom roles, or users have access, making it easier to manage visibility and permissions.
• CRM Activities Dataset: The dashboard now features a new CRM Activities dataset, giving you a centralized view of your team’s calls, appointments, emails, and tasks. By tracking all customer interactions in one place, you gain better visibility into team performance, stay on top of follow-ups, and reduce the risk of missed opportunities.

Control Partners’ Visibility in the Digital Portal

Control what your customers see: You now have the ability to manage partner visibility in the digital portal—easily hide selected partners to keep certain relationships private and protect sensitive business information.

CRM – Upload files to your Activities

You can now upload files—like call recordings, meeting notes, and documents—directly to your activities in the CRM module, making it easier to stay organized and access all relevant information when you need it.

BI Reports

• New Field for Shipment fact: Contract#: The Contract # is included in BI reports built on the Shipment Fact table, enabling clear linkage and easier tracking of shipments by contract #.

Operational Accounting

Organizing Your Accounting Data

Logitude Operational Accounting offers an exceptional solution tailored for freight forwarders to streamline and optimize your accounting processes.

• Added “Select All” Option in Consolidation Invoice: Speed up invoicing: Users can now select all matched constituent lines at once on the Consolidation Invoice screen, saving time and simplifying the invoicing process.
• View Bank Account Details in AP/Payments: Users can now include and view bank account details directly in the AP/Payments query view.
• Automatic Print After A/R Invoice Approval: To save time when approving invoices, you can now enable the ‘Auto-Print A/R Invoices on Approval’ option in Accounting Settings. Once enabled, each invoice will print automatically right after it’s approved.
• Expanded A/P Invoice Number Length: A/P invoice numbers can now be up to 40 characters long, giving you more room for detailed or custom formats and more flexibility.
• A/R Payment Invoice Exchange Rate Restriction: Exchange rate editing restricted for SAT compliance: For customers integrated with Mexican SAT regulations, which require consistent exchange rates between AR invoice transmission and payment, editing the exchange rate on AR invoices within A/R payments is now disabled.
