Introducing our most ambitious leap forward yet.

With powerful new modules, AI-driven capabilities, smarter packages, and a whole new level of flexibility, this release redefines how freight forwarders work with Logitude.

Built around real operational challenges and future-ready logistics, these enhancements go beyond improvements. They unlock new ways to scale, automate, and compete in a rapidly changing market.

New Features

(New) New Packages

We are excited to introduce our newly redesigned packages, built to deliver more value, greater flexibility, and powerful new features tailored to freight forwarding operations of all sizes. As part of this product evolution, we additionally allow you access to our new Add-On Features, including Document AI, Carrier Rates Connectivity modules and more.

Now, the Smart package replaces the previous Business package. In addition to the last powerful core features, Smart is now offering enhanced Lite Automation and Task capabilities.

The Professional package replaces the former First Class plan, expanding its functionality with Advanced Pro Customization, Advanced and Scheduled Reporting Tools, Enhanced API Access, Task Management, in addition to coming-soon features.

In addition, we are launching a brand-new Enterprise package (custom pricing for 30+ users) designed for large-scale operations requiring unlimited scalability, white-glove implementation services, unlimited automation with AI-powered intelligence and dedicated technical resources.

These updated packages reflect our ongoing commitment to continuous product development and to providing a comprehensive freight forwarding platform that grows with your business.

All new features introduced with the upcoming release will become available for activation starting 21 December 2025, depending on whether your company is using the Smart, Professional, or Enterprise package.

Existing Business package customers will be automatically upgraded to the Smart package with all current features preserved and new capabilities activated, while First Class customers will seamlessly transition to the Professional package with expanded feature sets.

All features and functionality from previous packages have been maintained and enhanced in the new architecture, ensuring complete continuity for customers while delivering immediate access to powerful new tools that streamline operations, increase efficiency, and improve outcomes across ocean, air, and inland freight operations.

Please note that access to the newly released features will depend on your Custom Role configuration. If your Custom Roles were created based on the Admin role, assigned users will automatically gain access to the new capabilities. Otherwise, you will need to update your Custom Roles manually to include permissions for the new features.

All new features mentioned below vary in limitations and availability depending on the package.

(New) Workflows – Your all-in-one Automation Engine

Achieving Efficiency in Freight Forwarding

Workflows are Logitude’s new advanced automation engine, giving you a single, easy-to-manage workspace to orchestrate business processes and integrations across your entire system or external partners.

Instead of juggling external tools or separate integration platforms, you can now build and control everything directly inside Logitude.

One Central Workspace

• Unified View: Build, edit, monitor, and debug all your workflows in one place.
• End-To-End Processes In Logitude: Orchestrate everything from shipment creation to invoicing, document updates, and alert users.

Integrations Without Extra Tools

• Native, Seamless Integration: Connect to external systems using APIs, webhooks, FTP, email, and more directly from Workflows.
• Flexible Data Handling: Parse and transform XML, JSON, and .eml email content, and map incoming data into Logitude records.
• Document Flows: Send and receive documents in sync between entities or with your partners.

Built for different scenarios: Trigger → Condition → Result, running online or Batch

Triggers:

• Launch workflows automatically when records are created or updated. (Shipment update, Create AP Invoice…)
• Start workflows from action buttons on a single record (shipment, customer, or Invoice). Ideal for guided, interactive processes where users provide input, send Interface, calculate a field, and create an Excel sheet of customer invoices report, for example.
• Respond automatically to incoming emails, API calls, or files dropped via FTP, turning external events into structured, automated processes.

Inside each workflow, you combine different actions to implement your logic:

• Data & Process Automation: Create and update records, create related records, loop over related data, and use conditions and decisions to branch logic.
• Documents & Files: upload/send documents. Generate Excel, JSON, XML files.
• Communication & Tasks: Send emails and drive task-based processes.

AI-Powered Workflows

Our AI actions are part of our new products – coming soon:

• Classification: Classify your incoming e-mails (Integrated E-mail), Classify your Documents (Document AI)
• Extract key details from emails. (Integrated Inbox)
• Structured Insights from Unstructured Data: Turn documents into structured records that your workflows can act on.

Workflow Admin Role

To keep automations under control and owned by the right people, we’re introducing a dedicated Workflow Admin role:

• Design: Users with this role can manage, create, edit, activate, and deactivate workflows.
• Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Workflow Admins can access workflow logs, run history, and error details to investigate issues and optimize workflows.

Workflows are your all-in-one automation and integration engine, part of Logitude, keeping your freight moving with less manual effort, fewer tools, and much more control.

(New) Customization Module

We’re excited to introduce Customization — a no-code module that lets you adjust how Logitude works for your business. You can customize the screens in any entity across the system — including your Digital Portal — without writing code.

Whether you want to simplify processes, apply business rules, maintain data accuracy, or tailor user experiences, customization is your answer.

What You Can Do with Customization:

• Custom Fields: Add additional fields that can be used everywhere in the system — in screens, views, business rules, and BI reports.
• Custom Sub-Objects: Create additional tables linked to a module. These aren’t fields, but full sub-objects you can add to screens for specialized processes.
• Custom Objects: In addition to the existing standard modules, you can create your own custom entity and work with it across the system according to your business needs.
• Document Print/Send Rules: Control document printing or sending, ensuring required data is present. Example – block print a document based on Credit Limits, Payment Received, etc…
• Custom Buttons: Add action buttons to screens to trigger process-specific workflows with a single click.
• Screen Layouts: Customize screens and tabs across modules by selecting which fields are shown, arranging their order, and specifying mandatory or default values.
• Advanced Customization: Use formulas to automate calculations and logic. For example, counting charge or receivable lines or marking fields based on specific conditions.
• Business Rules: Apply logic to default or update fields, control document actions, and show warnings or guidance messages to help users follow processes consistently. This can help reduce errors, save time, and keep your team aligned with your operational practices.

Customization lets you refine Logitude to match your business processes with precision, optimizing your workflow while operating entirely within system guidelines.

Depending on your subscription plan, you can set up features yourself or collaborate with our Professional Services or Onboarding teams.

(New) Advanced Reporting Module

We’re excited to introduce the Advanced Reporting Module, a powerful BI module designed for the fast-moving world of freight forwarding. It allows you to create designed reports that align with your business processes.

What You Can Do with the Advanced Reporting Module:

• Design Reports Your Way: Create professional, visually clear reports with custom layouts, themes, colors, grouping, totals, subtotals, grand totals, and conditional formatting.
• Multi-Source Reports: Combine data from different entities into a single report, giving you a clear view to support timely and informed decisions.
• Organize Reports by Folders: Set up dedicated folders for each team and control who can access each report.

The Advanced Reporting Module helps you centralize reporting within Logitude, supporting better visibility and more efficient monitoring of your operations.

(New) Scheduled Report

Introducing the Report Scheduler, a powerful new feature that lets you automate the delivery of your reports across Logitude. Whether you’re using the Simple Report Generator or the Advanced Reporting Module, you can schedule reports to be sent by e-mail to the right team, customer, on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis — saving time and ensuring critical insights are never missed.

Availability and the number of scheduled reports depend on your plan.

(New) Document AI

Cut manual work—convert documents into Logitude – ready to use data instantly

Document AI leverages advanced OCR and AI-driven parsing to convert unstructured documents into Logitude – ready entities, ensuring accuracy and speed at scale.

In this early phase, Document AI focuses on AP Invoices. This Add-on feature – reads AP Invoice PDF documents, extracts the key data as text, and helps you create AP Invoices with far less typing and fewer errors. This speeds up AP processing, improves accuracy, and lets your team focus on reviewing instead of data entry.

Key Capabilities:

• Document Capture & Record Creation
  1. Create Document AI record from your AP Invoice PDFs.
  2. Support for multiple input channels: manual upload, external emails, API, and FTP.
  3. Track each document’s journey through the process via its Document AI status.
• AI-Powered Extraction & Smart Learning
  1. OCR-powered processing using a trained AI model to extract key invoice data.
  2. Smart Logitude logic that learns from historical corrections to better match extracted text to your Logitude master values over time.
• Review & Validation Experience
  1. An intuitive review screen that shows the extracted data side by side with the uploaded PDF.
  2. Users can easily review, adjust, and edit matched values directly in the software.
  3. Smart validation highlights any missing required data so users can complete it before moving on.
• AP Invoice Functionality: Users continue to have all standard AP Invoice capabilities at any time, including:
  1. Adding, editing, or deleting invoice lines.
  2. The PDF is uploaded to the created AP Invoice entity.
  3. Connect the AP Invoice to an entity based on the references: MAWB, HAWB or manual decision.

(New) E-Invoicing – Belgium

As more tax authorities shift to the e-invoicing process to reduce VAT gaps and prevent fraud, Logitude helps you stay ahead. Within this release, we support Accounts Receivable (AR) B2B e-Invoice transmission in Belgium, fully aligned with local government requirements, using Peppol BIS 3.0 format, exchanged via the Peppol network. Logitude has partnered with DDD Invoices, a certified Peppol access point and service provider, to automate this process.

Key Capabilities:

• Send the invoice to the Peppol Network
• Receive back the Peppol XML proof
• Archiving: Save Peppol XML. 2 options
  • The XML will be stored automatically in Docs In under the “Peppol e-Invoice” document type in the invoice entity.
  • Manual upload of the structured invoice you received. (optional)
• Printing Option: Include Peppol proof data in Logitude PDF version of the invoice.
• Sharing options with customers:
  • Automatically email customers with Peppol XML attached.
• Share in the Digital Portal – so the customer can download anytime he needs

(New) Activity Logs

Every change, every click, is fully traceable

A single place to understand what happened, when, and why. We’ve renamed the former Audit area to Activity Logs and expanded it into a richer operational timeline that covers automations, workflows, and data changes in one view.

Automation

Track the field changes that triggered your automations, so you can see exactly which updates fired which rules and validate that your logic behaves as expected.

Workflow

Monitor workflow executions, statuses, and errors to quickly investigate issues, monitor usage, and ensure your workflows are running smoothly end-to-end.

Field Changes

A new history view captures previous and updated values, identifies who made each change, and records the exact time, providing a clear audit trail for every critical data update.

Activity Logs help your team troubleshoot faster, stay compliant, and maintain full visibility over what’s happening.

(New) Scalable Packages with Clear Limits

To support different business sizes and usage patterns, we’ve introduced tiered limits for dashboards, workflows, and new modules. As your automation and reporting needs grow, you can easily upgrade to a higher package and unlock more capacity while keeping your current environment stable and optimized.

You can now easily view what’s included in your subscription and monitor how close you are to each usage limit; giving you full transparency and better control over your plan.

(Coming Soon) Integrated Personal Inbox

Integrate your inbox with Logitude and turn emails into instant, trackable actions.

As a Freight Forwarder, an essential part of your day is managing emails, starting new conversations with customers, agents, and carriers, receiving requests for new shipments, questions about status updates, documents for specific shipments, Opportunities, and sometimes complaints.

Our integrated Inbox allows you to sync your Work Office 365 emails automatically with the new Module, while linking every conversation to operational records such as quotes, shipments, and opportunities—ensuring full visibility, context, and continuity without leaving your inbox.

This helps streamline processes, no more switching between email and Logitude manage everything in one place, reduce manual effort of copy/paste, and improve overall communication efficiency.

• Task General Mapping: Bring key Shipment and Quote details into the Tasks workspace so you can filter, manage tasks using shipment/quote fields. Comes with standard mappings for main fields like Master, Agent, Customer and more plus the option to add custom Task fields and map them to additional Shipment/Quote fields.
• Automations on Tasks: Create simple automations that run when a Task is created or updated, to automatically set Task field values and send emails, helping you keep tasks up to date and notify the right people without manual work.

Dashboards – Logitude Native

We’ve enhanced your dashboards with smarter drill-down and broader field coverage, so you can analyze more of your business data in one place and spot what matters faster. Here’s what’s new:

• Conditional Formatting Across All Widgets: Go beyond tables and visually flag what matters in a glance. Conditional formatting is now available for the drill-down screen of all widget types — Charts (Column, Bar, Line, Pie, and Donut), Gauge, and KPI. Rules are applied to the columns selected in the Drill-Down, helping you surface thresholds, risks, and exceptions instantly.
• More Custom Fields Available in Dashboards: Build dashboards that truly reflect your business model. Dashboards now support custom fields for AR Invoice, AP Invoice, Container, and Opportunity, giving you more flexibility to track the KPIs and operational details that matter most to your processes.

Container tracking Improvements

Smarter, more accurate ocean tracking.

• Automatic Transshipment Tracking: The tracking module now automatically identifies and records transshipments, giving you complete visibility into your container journey. You can view every port stop with precise arrival and departure times, making shipment monitoring simpler and real-time updates effortless.
