New Features

(New) Logitude Tasks module

Be more organized, focused, and efficient.

A dedicated workspace to manage, track, and analyze tasks more effectively than ever before (Replacing the previous Follow-up Solution). The new module provides:

• Follow-Up Capabilities: Easily create reminders and action items for shipments and quotes, track routing events, and receive alerts for incoming and outgoing documents.
• Great Customization: Define custom task types to match your business workflow.
• Better Collaboration: Assign tasks to specific users and share updates, notes, and discussions directly within each task.
• Improved Visibility: Manage tasks in one central workspace using flexible task views.
• Seamless Dashboard Integration: Use the new Dashboards module to visually track and analyze data from tasks, operations, or statistics.
• Smart Automations: Automate task creation based on shipment and quotes updates.
• Full Task History: Completed or canceled tasks are never deleted. Each shipment or quote retains a complete audit trail of all task activity — including status, assignee, completion or cancellation dates, and reason codes.

This update empowers your team with a more collaborative and transparent way to manage work.

(New) Currency Precision and Rounding

Amounts and unit prices now use currency-specific rounding and decimal rules across invoices, payments, shipments, quotes, and customer records. Each currency follows international standards, with a new unit price setting to ensure greater accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.

Example: An invoice in JPY (Japanese Yen) now rounds to the nearest whole number (no decimals), while an invoice in TND (Tunisian Dinar) displays three decimal places (e.g., 100.125).

(New) Online Carrier Rates for FCL – CargoFive Integration

You no longer need to switch between carrier websites to find the best FCL rates. With CargoFive integrated into Logitude, you can view spot rates and contracted prices from multiple carriers in real time—all in one place. This integration enables faster, more accurate quotations, easier rate comparisons, and better visibility into shipment costs.

Enhanced Features

Container tracking Improvements

Smarter, more accurate ocean tracking.

• Automatic Transshipment Tracking: The tracking module now automatically identifies and records transshipments, giving you complete visibility into your container’s journey. You can view every port stop with precise arrival and departure times, making shipment monitoring simpler and real-time updates effortless.
• Optional Update of Date Values from Container into the Shipment: You can now control whether shipment dates are automatically updated from the container tracking module using a new option in Container Settings. This gives you full control over when and how shipment information is refreshed.
• New Carriers Added To Tracking: The tracking module now supports additional carriers, including American Presidents Lines LTD, with tracking available by booking number.

Dashboards – Logitude Native

Real-Time Insights to Boost Efficiency

• Dashboard Tables: Conditional Formatting for Dates: Easily apply conditional formatting to date and date/time fields—with full support for date filters—to highlight deadlines, overdue shipments, and time-sensitive KPIs directly in your tables.
• Dashboard Data Facts: More fields are now available to be used in the operational dashboards.

Views Improvements

• Share Views with Users or Roles: Views can now be shared with selected users or roles, with customizable “view” or “edit” permissions for each. This gives teams the right access level for shared views, improving both flexibility and security.
• Enhanced Filtering Options: Filters now adapt to your needs, giving you a personalized view that highlights the most relevant data.

Digital Portal – Invoices

You no longer need to resend invoices to your customers. They can now download all invoices at once from the Digital portal— as a single PDF for quick preview and printing, or a ZIP file with individual PDFs for flexible storage and sharing.

Pickup/Delivery Casual Address In Quote

When setting pickup and delivery addresses in a quote, you can now choose between entering a casual address or selecting the shipper/consignee address.

Transshipment Dates Visualization

Easily monitor your shipments with clear visual indicators: overdue estimated dates are shown in red, while on-time dates remain black. This helps you quickly identify delays and take action to keep everything on schedule.

Operational Accounting

Get Your Accounting Data Organized

Logitude Operational Accounting offers an exceptional solution tailored for freight forwarders to streamline and optimize your accounting processes.

• Display Docs In/Out from Related Entities in Manifest Invoice: Manifest Invoice is the type of Invoice you charge your Agent—one Invoice that includes all the Collect Charges from the Master and its related Shipments. A new feature in the Email Template now allows you to attach Documents from your Master and/or House Shipments when sending a Manifest Invoice, making it easy to include any related Inbound or Outbound files with the Email.
