This release includes exciting new enhancements and valuable updates to existing tools.

New Features

BI Reports

The new improvements to the BI Reports Module (implemented within a week after the release) will enhance your reporting, decision-making, and business analysis by providing easier access to valuable data from the Logitude Data Warehouse (DW).

• (New) AP Payment Data Facts: The AP Payment fact is now available in BI reports, allowing you to track and analyze your company’s expenses. You can create reports by vendor, month, branch, currency, or other criteria based on your needs. This feature is included in the Business Package License.
• (New) Quote Charges Data Fact: The Quote Charges fact allows you to build reports that provide detailed information on your quote charges. You can create reports like Delivery costs per Trucker, total sales/costs charges by transport mode, charge type groups (e.g., Freight, Surcharge), and comparisons of Quote costs versus sales. This feature is included in the Business Package License.

Credit Limit Management – For Agents Receivable

As a freight forwarder, your agents serve as both customers and vendors, making financial control essential for smooth operations. Previously, Logitude’s Credit Limits Management module was available exclusively for customers.

With this latest release, Logitude extends credit limit monitoring to agents as receivable partners, ensuring enhanced financial oversight. The system now automatically tracks credit usage, triggering notifications or blocking services when an agent exceeds their limit. This proactive approach helps manage overdue receivables, preventing the release of goods or the initiation of new shipments until payments are settled, securing cash flow and minimizing risk.

Real-Time Insights to Boost Efficiency

Our latest Dashboard update makes managing and analyzing your data easier than ever. We’ve added new features that improve flexibility, enhance formatting control, and support translation. Here’s what’s new:

• Widget Formatting Value formatting options: A new group has been added to the formatting tab to control number formatting with options such as thousands separator, number abbreviation, decimal places, and unit display across all chart and table widgets.
• Dashboard Gauge: Formatting & Drill-Down: The Gauge widget now includes enhanced formatting options and supports drill-down, allowing users to customize the display and access detailed data directly from the widget.
• Translation Support: Dashboard Fields display names in dashboard widgets that now reflect the system’s translations, ensuring consistency across your environment.
• Drill-Down: Date/DateTime Display Options: Users can now control how DateTime fields are displayed in widget drill-downs, choosing between full DateTime or date-only formats.

Quotes, Pricing, and Tariffs Management

Streamlined Pricing and Quoting

We’re thrilled to introduce new features that enhance flexibility, clarity, and efficiency in managing pricing structures in Quotes and tariffs. Here’s what’s new:

• New Units of Measurement (UM) and Calculation Methods: We’ve expanded our billing measurement capabilities to provide more flexibility in how you charge your customers. These enhancements align with common cost structures in freight forwarding, allowing you to generate precise quotes, easier for your handlers, and present clear, transparent pricing in customer quotations—ensuring they fully understand their costs.

Additionally, all the new Units of measurement now support proration from the Master across Houses within the same Master shipment, enabling accurate and fair cost distribution for streamlined calculated Profit and loss per shipment.

With these updates, you can fine-tune your pricing strategy while enhancing clarity and accuracy in customer billing.

The newly supported units of measurement are:

• Per Document
• Per Day
• Per Hour
• Per Load
• Per Filing
• Gross weight in tons rounded to 1
• Gross weight in tons rounded to 0.5

For example, you can now charge storage fees per day, documentation fees per document, or AMS/ISF fees per filing—making your pricing structure more transparent and easier to use.

• Flat Price Breaks in Routing Quotes: You can now set fixed prices within specific weight ranges, ensuring consistent pricing regardless of the exact weight. For those who prefer weight-based pricing, costs can still be calculated per kilogram, providing more versatility in managing rates.
• Freight Cost Tariffs: Multiple Tariffs per Seller & Contract: We’ve introduced the ability to create multiple tariffs under the same seller, each linked to a unique contract number. This improvement offers greater flexibility and accuracy in pricing management.

These updates streamline pricing calculations, enhance visibility into important conditions, and improve tariff organization—allowing you to optimize your operations with ease.

• Quotes Views default sort: Quotes are now displayed from newest to oldest, so users can easily access the most recently created quotes at the top of the list—saving time and improving visibility on the latest activity.

Digital Transformation

Your Advanced Visibility Channel

• Online Link for Invoices in your Digital Portal, more options to share with customers: Customers no longer need to request invoices and documents through email. You have more options to share them with the customers:
  • Create a predefined message in docs out of the Invoice and add the “Invoice Link” field. Invoice links, granting direct access through the digital portal, available for customers forever.
  • We created for you a Standard BI Report, including a column with the link to the Invoice Page in the Digital Portal. You can use this report or create a similar report based on your needs.

Shipments operations

• Customizable Shipments Grid Columns in Master: Administrators can now manage the columns displayed in the house’s list of Master shipments and override the Logitude standard. This allows you to add and customize columns to highlight the key information you want to summarize across your house shipments.
• Search by Declaration Number: Shipment search now includes the Declaration Number field, making it easier to find and manage shipments linked to specific customs declarations.
• Follow up on FHL Status – to advise that you sent the information on time: The FHL status is now available as both a column and a filter in shipment views, allowing users to easily monitor, sort, and filter shipments based on their FHL transmission status.

Container Tracking – SOC

To stop follow-ups on empty returns for containers SOC, you can now mark a container as SOC in the shipment packages screen. This indicates that your responsibility ends upon delivery.

Automation: AP Invoice – Document Send via Email

A new automation type, Document Send, has been added to AP invoice automation. It allows AP invoice documents to be automatically emailed to your Accounting Department, reducing manual work and speeding up document delivery.

Operational Accounting

Organizing Your Accounting Data

Logitude Operational Accounting offers an exceptional solution tailored for freight forwarders to streamline and optimize your accounting processes.

• A/R Advanced Payment Management: You can now more effectively manage customers’ advance payments for a specific shipment by recording the payment as advances when you record in Logitude and linking them directly to the corresponding shipment. Once an invoice is issued, it can be linked to the related advance payment upon approval. The Advanced Payment Connection Screen displays detailed information, including the remaining amount for each matched advance payment(s). The Invoice status is updated automatically as paid/partially paid, and the Invoice print can be adapted to show the difference. • Filter Accounting Ledger Report by Register Date: Currently, the Accounting Ledger Report allows filtering by ‘Create Date’ or ‘Value Date.’ Since the register Date of the Invoices/Payments can be different from both, we extended this functionality to include ‘Register Date’ as well. You can now use the Register date filter to view Partners’ transactions within the specified period.

Accounting Systems Integration – Logitude Generic Interface

Seamless Integration

• Shipment Details per Line in AP Invoice Multiple Shipments: The Advanced Generic Interface now supports transferring shipment details per each invoice line for AP Invoice Multiple Shipments.

New Help and Training Resources

New informative documents have been added to our Help Center to help you learn how to use the system and solve problems faster. Here are some of the new files we have added recently:

• Using eCO₂ Emissions Template Reports in Logitude: This guide shows how to access, run, filter, export CO₂ reports for Air, Ocean, and Inland shipments, and use them with gryn or similar platforms for efficient carbon tracking.
• Working with Views: This guide covers how to use, customize, and manage list views in Logitude—from filtering queries and editing columns to creating custom views and exporting data. Available one week after release.
• How to Manage Dashboards: This document highlights the main new features and improvements recently added to the Dashboard module.
