Our support team is ready to assist you in any inquiry regarding our product, a problem you might occur and over suggestions you have for us on how to improve our offering or our support.

We are using state of the art software to manage your inquiries. Every time you open a new inquiry on-line or by sending us an email, you will immediately receive confirmation and an inquiry ticket number. You can use this ticket number in your interactions with us. You can also use this number to go online to track your inquiry’s status and its resolution progress.

We also encourage you to share your comments or suggestions with us. Your input helps us to continually improve the quality of our products, and to provide you with the products you need.

Logitude is built, hosted and secured at the Microsoft Windows Azure datacenters. The availability of the Microsoft service is between 99.95% and 99.9%. We assume you will rarely encounter a downtime issues if at all, however, if you fill that the service has stopped or you cannot reasonably continue working, please call our “Critical Issues” support number.
